Orders for customers in the United States are dispatched from Hong Kong. Our UK business address is provided for business contact purposes.

We offer free standard shipping on eligible United States orders. Estimated delivery includes 1–3 business days for processing and 6–9 business days for transit, giving a total estimate of 7–12 business days, subject to the cutoff and business-day rules in our Shipping Policy.

These are international shipments. Import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are not prepaid by Shmorgen and are the customer’s responsibility where applicable. Free shipping does not include these charges.
