8. Your Right to Cancel (14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. This 14‑day period begins the day after you receive the goods.

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation. The goods must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

We will refund your payment, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent them back. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
